I’m Amy Pesceone, a Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Life Coach with over 25 years of professional experience helping people navigate emotional challenges, overcome obstacles, and create positive changes in their lives.

My professional background includes more than two decades of previous experience as a psychotherapist, supported by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Over the years, I’ve worked with people facing relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional struggles, and a wide range of personal challenges. One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that understanding why you feel or behave a certain way doesn’t always make it easy to change. You can recognize a pattern, understand where it began, and genuinely want something different\u2014yet still find yourself having the same reactions.

My approach combines personalized coaching with hypnotherapy to help you build awareness, practice healthier responses, strengthen confidence, and move toward the changes you want. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Every person has a different history, personality, and set of goals.
