As a practicing Hypnotherapist, I\u2019ve been doing this for over 20 years.<br \/>I\u2019ve seen firsthand the effects of anxiety and stress and how damaging they can be to<br \/>someone\u2019s quality of life. I have also witnessed the incredible power of healing through<br \/>hypnotherapy.<\/p><p>It\u2019s normal for people to feel stressed and anxious on occasion; but when it becomes<br \/>constant and unmanageable it can be crippling performing daily routine tasks. So, if<br \/>you\u2019re experiencing such symptoms as (but not limited to) excessive fear, nervousness,<br \/>difficulty concentrating, trouble sleeping, irritability, or constant worry, you may be<br \/>suffering from a stress\/anxiety disorder. Over time, if not addressed, performing<br \/>everyday functions can become even more difficult, leaving you feeling helpless. What\u2019s<br \/>even more frustrating? Not being able to consciously determine the source of these<br \/>panic driven episodes.<\/p><p>That\u2019s where hypnotherapy comes in. Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis can be a powerful tool<br \/>to help you manage these symptoms and take control of your life. Hypnotherapy is an<br \/>organic method of teaching our brains to work for us instead of against us. This occurs<br \/>through a guided relaxation technique; similar to meditation. It is very relaxing and<br \/>pleasant. This technique is a proven and effective pathway to gain access to the<br \/>subconscious. Our subconscious is where our beliefs, behaviors, emotions, feelings and<br \/>memories are stored. With the help a certified Hypnotherapist, you will be aided in<br \/>exploring your subconscious. This allows you to concentrate and fully focus on what\u2019s<br \/>causing the loss of control. With just a few sessions, hypnotherapy will enable you to<br \/>recognize what\u2019s holding you back and helps you recondition your reactions when you<br \/>feel stress and anxiety. The effects of your hypnotherapy session will leave you feeling<br \/>calm, comfortable and more equipped to deal with your symptoms.<\/p><p>This past year has taken an immeasurable toll on all of us. You are not alone. Take time<br \/>and just breathe, go for a walk, eat healthier and just be gentle with yourself.<br \/>Sometimes that\u2019s easier said than done.
