Take a break every now again. Take a few long deep breaths sending the air down to your belly. Count 5 counts in, feel your belly rise, and 5 counts out, and feel your belly fall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4) If it\u2019s not something you absolutely have to do, give yourself&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">permission to put it off until tomorrow.
