Hypnotherapy Focus & Best Life Coaching was developed by Amy Pesceone, MA, CHT, CLT. Amy has over two decades of experience as a Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist and most recently as a Life Coach. Amy utilizes a customized combination of treatment approaches to assist her clients in achieving their ultimate life goals. She works with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Amy also developed Before Baby and Beyond which is a Life Coaching service specializing in women’s maternal mental health issues. She helps women navigate through all stages of motherhood from fertility to postpartum.

Amy has a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Master Hypnotherapist.
